Day 1: Link to Web Site
Once you have finished your homepage and have it approved, it is time to start adding content to your pages. Start with your Prezi page. For this page, you will need to write a description of what Prezi is, as well as what you did with Prezi. You will then create a hyperlink to your Prezis.

You will need a hyperlink to both Prezis you made.
To create a hyperlink, click "Link". Select "Web Address". Check the box to open the link in a new tab. Type the words you want to contain the link, for example The History of Bananas copy and paste the URL into the address box. Click "Add Link".

Add both your About Me Prezi and your Historical Timeline Prezi.

Continue uploading files to your pages. Each page needs the following:
  • A description of the program and how anyone can use it
  • A description of what we did with the program
  • Links to ALL files that you created with the program
  • One or more pictures that describe the program
  • If you have a partner, link to all of their files as well. Separate your files by your name (ex: Barney’s work listed first, then Fred’s work)

Day 2: Upload Files
To upload a file to your Wiki, click on "File". Under "Insert Files", click on "+ Upload Files". Select the file you want to add to your Wiki. Click "Open" to upload the file. Close out of the "Images and Files" window. Click on "Link". Insert the text you want to link the file to in the "Link Text" box. In the "Page Name" box, find the file you want to include. Click "Add Link" to link the file.
Once you have linked the file, it should look like this: Dress for Success.

Remember: The home page needed the following information:
  • An introduction to who you are
  • Information on what this class is about and what you have learned
  • Some picture that describes this class.

Remember, each page needs the following:

We will spend a few days on this. Good luck!
